1. Order Cancellation Window

  • You may request a cancellation within 24 hours of placing your order.
  • Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.

2. How to Request a Cancellation

To cancel your order, please follow these steps:

  2. Use the subject line: Order Cancellation Request – [Your Order Number]
  3. Provide your full name, order number, and reason for cancellation.

We will respond within 24 business hours to confirm whether your cancellation request was successful.


3. Refunds for Canceled Orders

  • If your order is canceled before processing, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.
  • If your order has already been processed or shipped, we are unable to cancel it, but you may return it once received (see our Return & Refund Policy for details).

4. Late or Failed Cancellation Requests

If you submit a cancellation request after 24 hours or once an order has been processed, we cannot guarantee cancellation. In this case, you may proceed with a return request once the item arrives.
