1. Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday–Friday).
  • Orders may be, but are not guaranteed to be processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.
  • If we experience a high order volume, processing times may be extended slightly. You will be notified via email in case of significant delays.

We partner with YunExpress and UPS to ensure safe and timely deliveries.

Note:

  • Delivery times may vary based on destination, weather conditions, customs processing, or courier delays.
  • We do not guarantee exact delivery dates, but we strive to deliver within the estimated timeframes.

3. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.
  • You can track your order via the carrier’s tracking page.

4. Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently ship to the U.S. and select international destinations.
  • Some countries may have restrictions due to customs regulations or logistics limitations. If we cannot ship to your location, we will notify you via email after you place your order.
  • P.O. Boxes & APO/FPO Addresses:
    • Some couriers do not support shipping to P.O. Boxes or military addresses. If you are unsure, please contact us before placing your order.

5. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

  • International shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and other fees, which are imposed by the destination country.
  • These charges are the buyer’s responsibility and must be paid upon arrival.
  • Evadore Co is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.

6. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as "Delivered" by the carrier.

  • If your order is marked as delivered but you did not receive it:

    1. Check with neighbors or your local post office.
    2. Contact the shipping carrier with your tracking number.
    3. If the issue persists, email info@evadoreco.com, and we will do our best to assist you.
  • Damaged Items:

    • If your order arrives damaged, please email us with photos/videos of the damaged product and packaging.
    • We will assess the claim and may offer a replacement or refund.

7. Address Accuracy & Undeliverable Packages

  • Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address at checkout.
  • If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, we will:
    • Offer reshipment at the customer’s expense, or
    • Process a refund minus shipping costs.

8. Order Cancellations & Changes

  • Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled or modified after 24 hours, as it may already be in processing.
